Bah. I've been to the Burren. Odd landscape, but Tolkien didn't immediately spring to mind!

We had part of our honeymoon there. As you say, odd landscape, but I can't think of any obvious Middle-earth parallels.

These do make me chuckle, even if the odd one (just the one mind!) might have some half-truth in it.
